    • DIRECTIONS: Exit the I-94 (Tri-State Toll way) at Rt. 137 (Buckley Road) - Go west about 4 miles to Peterson Road. Watch for the exit ramp for Peterson Road immediately after you cross Butterfield Road. Take approximately 1 mile to the 2nd stop light (Midlothian Road) and turn right to enter fairgrounds. Need to stay over night - Welcome to the Comfort Suites, a Grayslake hotel near the Lake County Fairgrounds.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Keys will only be in the vehicles/equipment on Friday, August 20th from 9AM until 5PM for inspection. Food and beverages will be provided on Friday & Saturday by: Wayne’s Pizza Two auction rings will be run on auction day, so bring a friend! Items located inside and outside building.

    TERMS: An 8% buyer’s fee and 7.0% sales tax will be added to all applicable purchases. Cash, Visa/MasterCard or Check only w/Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to OBENAUF AUCTION SERVICE, INC. (Sample Bank Letter: Mr. ____________ is a customer of our bank and we will guarantee payment of checks up to $_________ for purchases at your auction on “date of auction”.) Any returned check will incur a $35 charge. All items must be paid for on auction day. All items must be removed by Monday, August 23 - 3:00 P.M. OAS is not responsible for items left on the premises. All items sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", no warranties or guarantees as to condition, age, hours or mileage. It is your responsibility to inspect the items before you bid. Information from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions and change without notice.
