TERMS

Payment: Cash, Bank guaranteed checks/drafts, Checks only w/Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to OBENAUF AUCTION SERVICE, INC. (Sample Bank Letter: Mr. ____________ is a customer of our bank and we will guarantee payment of checks up to $_________ for purchases at your auction on “date of auction”.) Any returned check will incur a $35 charge. All items must be paid for on auction day.

Additional Fees: Sales tax, Title Registration and Administration fees are due on auction day and will be collected separately by Chicago Sea Ray. No items can be removed without payment of the appropriate title, registration, administration fees and sales tax.

Removal: All items must be removed by January 23, 2010. Any items not removed by January 23, 2010 will be subject to a $20/day storage fee. Storage, shrink wrap and other services are available.

Financing: Contact Trevis Burbach at 815-385-2720 for arranging pre-approval 3 days prior to the auction.

Extended Warranties: Extended warranties are available on many 2004 and newer products. Inquire with Trevis Burbach at 815-385-2720.
