From the North - Exit I-294 at Irving Park Road (IL 19) east, to River Road. Go south on River Road to Fifth Avenue, stay to the right at Fifth Ave. to the second stoplight. Turn east at light and immediate right into parking lot - Watch for auction sign.

From the South - Exit I-294 at the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) East, toward downtown Chicago. Exit Eisenhower at First Avenue, go north. Take to North Avenue head west, to Fifth Avenue, head north to stop light, turn right and then immediate right into parking lot - Watch for auction sign.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO exit from the Tri-State Toll way (I-294) at North Avenue.

TERMS: A 10% buyer’s fee and 9.25% sales tax will be added to all applicable purchases. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND REMOVED ON THE DAY OF AUCTION. Cash, Certified Funds, Visa/MasterCard/Discover or Check only w/Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to OBENAUF AUCTION SERVICE, INC. (Sample Bank Letter: Mr. ____________ is a customer of our bank and we will guarantee payment of checks up to $_________ for purchases at your auction on ”date of auction”.) Any NSF check will incur a $35.00 service fee. We accept no responsibility of any items left on premises. All items sold "AS IS-WHERE IS & WITH ALL FAULTS", no warranties or guarantees as to condition, age, hours or mileage.
