A 10% buyer’s fee and 7.75% sales tax will be added to all applicable purchases. All items must be paid for and removed on the DAY OF AUCTION. If items are left on premises, items will be towed at owner’s expense and will have to pay any incurred storage fees. We assume no responsibility for items left on the premises.
